Sublet, Lausanne Center, From September 28 to October 24

 I will be away from September 28 to October 24. I'd like to sublet my apartment during that time.

The apartment is located at the very center of Lausanne (Place de la Palud 14). m2 (Riponne) stop is only 10 seconds away. It is also very close to Flon, Bel-air, St. Francois. Walking to train station takes 10 minutes but if you take m2 it's only 3 minutes.The building is really close to all the shops, restaurants etc.. in Lausanne center.

It is a nice and clean building, good neighbors. Even though it is located in the center, since the apartment is on the other side of the building it is extremely silent.

So here's some information about the apartment itself:

- 1.5 piece (32 m2)
- fully furnished
- separate kitchen, fully equipped (all utensils, fridge, oven, microwave, small food processor, mixer, water boiler, egg cooking thingy...), at your disposal
- large bathroom with bath tub
- it's on the 5th floor, there's an elevator going up to 4th floor

The price is 850CHF 

What is included in the price:

- rent (26 nights), hot water, electricity, etc...

- high speed (15 MBit) WIRELESS internet
- laundry (washer and dryer), common washing room in the building, you can use it once a week

- if needed I can provide bed sheets, towels etc..

basically everything is available in the apartment, you only need to bring your clothes & personal stuff
